The Best Clinical Informatics Jobs of the Week (Oct 17, 2014 Edition)

10/18/2014 by Corinn Pope

This week’s theme….the technical healthcare data analyst and the program director.

Unlike previous weeks, this week’s postings are less RN oriented. Some of them only require a bachelor’s degree and some of these bachelor’s only positions have salaries upwards of 128k. However, you will need some great analytical skills in the form of R and/or SAS programming if you want to snag them.

Another observation from this week is the growth in the number of director of clinical informatics and clinical informatics positions available. It sure seems like hospitals everywhere are starting or growing their clinical informatics programs. Getting in at the ground level of a growing industry could be a smart move if you enjoy integrating healthcare and technology. Just putting it out there so you can’t say we didn’t tell you so.
