Step-by-Step Password Reset

Step 1

Request Reset

Enter your email address on the password reset page and click "Send reset link"

Step 2

Check Email

Look for an email from InformaticsPro with your password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Step 3

Create Password

Click the link in your email and create a new password (minimum 8 characters). You're all set!

Common Issues

Email not arriving?

Check your spam/junk folder. Wait up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive. If still nothing, try requesting another reset link.

Reset link expired?

Password reset links expire after 1 hour for security. Simply request a new reset link from the password reset page.

Email not recognized?

Make sure you're using the email address associated with your InformaticsPro account. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team.
