We’re proud to announce that the third edition of Clinical Informatics Board Review: Pass the Exam the First is now available for purchase on Amazon (paperback) and Gumroad (ebook). We’ve listened to your feedback, reviews, and comments and came back with an improved book that includes more practice questions with explanations, additional material on tougher topics like Markov and decision making, improvements on existing content (typo removal and such), new graphics, and better organization of the eBook version.
Warning: Honesty Ahead
We’ll be honest, developing a review book is tough. Especially when the exam is relatively new and changes every year. This year seemed more challenging than previous years as the exam went from a more practical exam to a more “academic” type one. The sheer number of topics covered makes it darn near impossible to go in to depth on every. single. one. So instead, we do our best to cover just what you need to know for each of them and give you options for further reading and exploration on the topics you may not be comfortable with.
Regardless, we think you’ll be happy with the updates we’ve made and will find Clinical Informatics Board Review: Pass the Exam the First as a great place to start on your journey towards clinical informatics board certification.
The book is available for purchase in its physical version on Amazon.com for $129 and in its electronic version at Gumroad.com for $97.
As always, we love to hear from current and potential customers (that’s you!). If you have a moment to provide us with any feedback, ask a question, or just say hi, it can go a long way in influencing our current and future products. Just drop us a line at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
